Winning Numbers
Loto 4
Loto 4 is a popular lottery game played in Chile.
Draws, open to all members of the general public, take place twice daily at 14:00 and 21:00 local time at lottery operator headquarters in Santiago.
Loto 4 entry costs CLP 250.
To play, choose four numbers between 1 and 23, or opt for randomly generated numbers.
Players can also use Combination Play to enter up to 10 numbers into Loto 4 as every possible combination, but while this increases the chances of winning, it also increases the cost of entry.
In Advance Play, participants can enter up to a week’s worth of draws at once.
Loto 4 does not have any secondary games or opportunities to win beyond the main draw.
Jackpot
Loto 4 has a minimum guaranteed jackpot of CLP 100,000.
Unlike other Polla Chilena de Beneficencia lottery games, Loto 4 is a rollover lottery with no caps, and due to the twice-daily draws, its jackpot can grow quite quickly due to increased ticket sales fuelled by the larger prize.
Odds and Prizes
The odds of winning the Loto 4 jackpot are 1 in 8,855, which are excellent, but with a very modest payout in comparison to far higher prizes available from other global lottery games.
Players can win Loto 4 prizes at three different tiers, with prizes at the two secondary prize tiers being fixed.
Prize Category | Numbers Matched | Winning Odds | Winning Odds % |

1 | 4 | 1 in 8,855 | 0.01 |
2 | 3 | 1 in 117 | 0.85 |
3 | 2 | 1 in 9 | 11.1 |
Payout and Taxes
No tax is levied against Loto 4 winnings.
Loto 4 prize winners have only 60 days to make a claim, with the lottery operator legally forbidden to pay out prizes after this period.
Players who win as part of a syndicate can be paid as individual members of this group after completion of the relevant claim forms.
