Kino 5
Kino 5 is a popular lottery game played throughout Chile.
Kino 5 draws take place daily in the capital city of Santiago at 14:00 local time.
Entry costs CLP 500.
To play, choose five numbers between 1 and 36, or go for a Quick Pick for randomly generated numbers.
Up to 10 numbers can be chosen with Combined Play to vastly increase the odds of winning a prize while also increasing the price of a ticket! There are no additional prizes for matching six or seven numbers in this mode of play, with the jackpot being paid out for matching five numbers only.
In Advance Play, participants can enter the same numbers in up to 28 Kino 5 draws at a time.
Kino 5 has an exciting secondary game called Agrandado (enlarged). This is a thrice-daily draw with a jackpot of CLP 10 million, which costs an additional CLP 250 to enter and covers entry into all three draws!
Jackpot
Kino 5 has a minimum guaranteed jackpot of CLP 300,000.
This is a rollover game with no jackpot or rollover caps, with the jackpot quickly growing to more attractive levels as a consequence.
Odds and Prizes
The odds of winning the Kino 5 jackpot are 1 in 17,952, which although excellent odds, has a relatively modest jackpot. These odds are further boosted by only needing to match five out of seven numbers to win.
Players can win prizes at four different tiers.
Prize Category | Numbers Matched | Winning Odds | Winning Odds % |

1 | 5 | 1 in 17,952 | 0.006 |

Payout and Taxes
Players have up to 90 days to claim their Kino 5 winnings, and even though subject to 17% income tax, Kino 5 prizes are taxed at source, so players get to keep the lot.
All prizes are paid out as lump sums only.
