Pega 3
Pega 3 lottery is a collection of twice-daily games played in Puerto Rico.
Draws are held six days a week, every day except Sunday at 13:00 and 19:00 local time. These games are often referred to as Dia (day) for the afternoon draw and as Noche (night) for the evening draw.
Tickets cost a minimum of $1.00 depending on how participants choose to play.
- For Pega 3, players must choose three numbers between 0 and 9.
Players can choose whether they wish to bet on matching the numbers in the correct order, in any order, or opt for a combination of both. Players who choose combined play for Pega 3 and Pega 4 should note that they won't win the maximum jackpot even if they match their selections in order.
Players can choose their own numbers or go for a Quick Pick for random selections.
All numbers are selected independently to each other, so participants can choose 3 identical numbers if they wish.
Jackpot
Pega 3 has fixed jackpot of $500, respectively, with no rollovers or roll downs if the jackpots fail to be won during a given draw.

Payout and Taxes
A lottery tax of between 5% and 20% is levied on all winnings.
Prizes of up to $600 can be claimed from authorized lottery retailers, whereas larger prizes must be claimed from the lottery operator itself.
Players have up to 180 days to claim winnings for any of the three Pega games.
Who Can Play Pega 3?
Players must be at least 18 years of age to play any of the three Pega games.
Tickets are exclusively available from authorized lottery retailers in Puerto Rico, with overseas players currently unable to participate.

Pega 3 launched on June 18, 2013, together with Pega 2.
