Gana Diario is one of several popular lottery games played in Peru.
Draws take place daily at 19:05 local time, with ticket sales closing 30 minutes before the draw and reopening shortly afterward.
Entry costs PEN 1.00.
To enter, choose five numbers between 1 and 35, or go for a Quick Pick for randomly generated selections.
In Combination Entry, players choose up to 15 numbers that are entered into the Gana Diario draw in a range of combinations. This is a fantastic way to increase the chances of winning a prize; however, even though choosing additional numbers reduces the cost per line, 15 numbers for a maximum 3,003 combinations would lead to a massive ticket price of PEN 2,145!
Advance Play options are also available, with players able to enter 2 to 10, 12, 15 or 30 draws in advance if they wish.
Gana Diario does not have any secondary draws or additional opportunities to win prizes on top of the main draw.
Gana Diario has a fixed jackpot of PEN 100,000, with no jackpot rollovers or prize roll downs.
Odds and Prizes
The odds of winning the Gana Diario jackpot are 1 in 324,632, which are great odds for a lottery game, albeit for a relatively modest jackpot.
Players can win at four different prize tiers, with overall odds of 1 in 12 of winning something.
Prize payouts at all tiers are fixed, with the bottom-tier prize for matching two numbers being free entry into the next draw.
